The liner of the left boot was mis-shapen from being carelessly crammed into the boot, but not sure that can be blamed on the seller. My girlfriend found it uncomfortable at first, but said it normalized after wearing it for a while. The boots themselves are cute and the size 9 is perfect for a woman who usually wears size 8 to 8 1/2 shoes.Aside from the initially mangled liner, the item arrived in great condition and well within the estimated delivery window. |
